How should I use the dissolvable Qur’an sheets?

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

 

How long does shipping take?

After processing, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@barakahlane.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified.

 

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us at info@barakahlane.com. You will be eligible for a full refund if the order is confirmed as undelivered.

What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or defective?

Please contact us at info@barakahlane.com if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

 

When will I receive my refund?
